3.2 You may only hold one (1) account on casinocoke. Multiple accounts held by a single person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4.1 All financial transactions on casinocoke are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). casinocoke accepts deposits via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. casinocoke reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds with notice.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. casinocoke targets processing of verified GCash withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes of approval; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary due to payment provider availability.

4.5 Funds deposited into your casinocoke account do not bear interest. casinocoke is not a bank and your account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.
4.6 In the event of technical errors affecting credited amounts, casinocoke reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly, including recovering funds erroneously credited to your account.
5.1 casinocoke may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 casinocoke reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus at any time, including the right to reclaim Bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse or circumvent Bonus terms.
5.4 Only one Bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless a promotion expressly states otherwise.
5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, using software to exploit Bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other players to accumulate Bonus funds — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6.1 All non-live games on casinocoke use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and not manipulable by casinocoke or any player.
6.2 In the event of a malfunction or technical fault during a game, casinocoke reserves the right to declare the relevant round void and refund the wager. casinocoke's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with casinocoke games. Any use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

12.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure available in Account Settings.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to casinocoke's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory authorities of the Philippines.
